Schedule a Complimentary Consultation

To schedule a complementary consultation with the PGA Design-Build team of highly experienced architects and designers, please fill out the consultation request form below or contact us at pgadb@aol.com or call us at 301-657-3020. We will be glad to talk with you about your renovation.

We recommend a two session consultation. The first meeting will take place at our office in Bethesda, Maryland, and the second meeting will be at your home. Each meeting requires about one hour. While there is no cost for these initial consultations, we ask that all potential contract signers be present for both meetings.

When you arrive at our office, we will introduce you to the design and construction team. We will show you plans and photographs of projects similar to yours in scope and scale and we'll aquaint you with our design-build process. You will see what conceptual plans looks like, and how they evolve into final working drawings, complete with full specifications. You will have a chance to ask questions of both the design and construction professionals, and leave the office with a clear sense of the PGA Design-Build process.

At your home, we will discuss the elements of your project and budget. We will test the feasibility of both of these elements. When we leave your house, you will have a clear sense of the conceptual approach which we will be investigating during the first phase of design.
